And so...another weekend that was! And I'm not talking about the fact that Manchester United won the league AGAIN! Yupp...and the millions of fans around the world continue to sing "We Got Our Trophy Back!"...
Ok, before I get carried away with the Premiership champs, allow me to share with you another amazing story about champions...On the 6th of May 2007, RR Sel #6 held its annual RR Council Of Achievement. The very purpose of this event is to recognize the achievements of the rangers and to give them the honour due for their hardwork and commitment in this ministry. It was a special day for many of them rangers and leaders as well. During my ranger days, it was fabulous experience to receive the accolade and applause of my fellow patrol mates. And as leaders, there's nothing more fulfilling than to see your rangers succeed and excel in this ministry. Truly, this ministry continues to develop and build the next generation of strong and committed Christians, ready to lead when called upon and ready to take His message to the community.
After a frantic morning and afternoon getting things prepared, we were good to go. Many thanks to our amazing friend behind the lense, Jon Lee...we are able to relive these special moments that will forever be remembered all our days. Got plenty of photos to choose from. Many great shots. Well, here's a some of my favourite shots and moments during that day, and I hope you'll be blessed by it! A thousand apologies for not being able to post all the pics of every ranger receiving their merits due to my limitations...

Selangor #6...moving forward, together! The future awaits...
Well, I hope that the pics were sufficient to give you readers a feel of what it was like last Sunday. Once again, a big thank you to all my commanders for making this day possible and for the help rendered to pull this off. This event was specially made to honour and bless the rangers. None for us leaders, all for the rangers. For the leaders, to see the fruits of our labour in this ministry unfold right in front of our eyes is itself a blessing.
We ask that God will give us many many more years ahead and bless us with the opportunity to change and impact the lives of many kids and youths out there, through the Royal Rangers...
Congrats to all who received your merits and awards...
God bless!
