And Idiot's Guide to Exam Success...

Well oh well, since everyone's into the exam mood (boys, I really do miss those days...haha) and feeling kinda' stressed out, I thought I'd post something to lighten up your miserable days. Some of you might have come across this before in your emails, but I'm going to post it anyway for the benefit of those who have not seen this before. I want you to approach this with an open mind. You might just pick up some useful tips here. If you're really blank during exam, why not entertain the examiner with some creative answers...keep things fresh. New ideas are ALWAYS welcomed! Haha...

*Disclaimer: Using smart ideas and cute drawings as answers during exams may not necessarily earn you charity marks. Most probably zero marks, usually...but it'll definitely put a smile on the examiner's face. *

Have fun reading...

Whoaaa...I would give this fella at least 2 marks for creativity!

This one is so true...better hang himself! :)

When I first saw this, I asked myself..."Why didn't I think of this???"
Shaun, give it a try la..and tell me what happened ok?

Wow...six=6??? Whoever answered this must have possesed an IQ equivalent to a tortoise...

Now this is what I call C-R-E-A-T-I-V-E! Dont you just love it???

For all you comic freaks out there...why not share your passion during the exams?

Haha..another one. Batman begins...

Man...this is another one of my all time favourite crackhead answers...:)

And finally, the best of the entire lot...

Now doesn't this fella deserve some marks for introducing the elephant into the equation??? I would have given him 1/4 marks. Doesn't really make much of a difference, but at least its something! haha...

So friends, remember...when you're sitting for your papers, and your mind is totally blank...ALL IS NOT LOST! There's always an opportunity to make yourself famous, just like the intelligent people who answered the questions above. Think fresh! Think new! Think out of the box!

In general, there are 3 types of students:

i. Students who study hard / over-study for their exams...
ii. Students who never / hardly study for their exams but hoping for divine intervention from the Almighty One...
iii. Students who have NO idea at all that there's an exam...

For those in group 1, take it easy on yourself. You've done your part by studying. Now, all that's left is to sit thru the exams, fill in the blanks, and have a pre-party to celebrate the fantastic results that's coming on the way...:) Might as well celebrate first, cauz if things turn out bad, might not have a party at all...*touch wood*

For those in group 2, all I can say is...ALL The BEST! These group of students are those that spend more time praying (rather than studying) for God to come down from His throne in heaven, hoping for Him to sit beside you during the exam and expecting Him to hold your pen and answer for you too! Wow...good news for you is...that's NOT going to happen. In His grace and mercy, some of you just MIGHT scrape through your papers by the skin of your tooth. Best advice: Better throw a big big party and celebrate kau kau before the results are out...cauz once the results are out, you just might want to go missing for a month or so. Pack your bags. Tough days ahead...but good thing is, you've still got some time to change that! If you feel you're in tis group, better get off the Net right NOW and start STUDYING! Muahaha...

And for those in group 3, nothing much to say to these ppl. Except...how about coming up with new answers that can be posted in blogs like these in the future??? Haha...Dont forget your survival kit when you go into the exam hall. Bring along a set of dice and your machine gun fully loaded...

Ok friends...that's all for now. I hope you've found this post quite 'educational' and informative. In the end of the day, let's face it...If you want to achieve good results in your exams (and in life), there is NO substitute for hardwork and studying! Study hard, and God will know how to bless you abundantly and accordingly. All the best, rangers!

In the words of my dear friend..."Love you, and believe in YOU always!"

Regards,
The Boss
